What we collect

Scans: when you scan a website, we fetch that site’s public pages and analyze them on the fly. A free scan’s results are not stored: when you close the page, the report is gone. We do keep one anonymous line per free scan recording which checks passed or failed, along with the kind of page, the platform it runs on, a broad business category, a rough page-count range, and a state or country. That line is dated to the month only and carries no web address, no domain, and nothing that ties it back to you or your site. If you scan with a member or agency code, your score history is saved to that account (score, grade, which checks passed, how many pages, the platform, and the date) so you can see whether your site improved.

Email: if you leave your email for your report, join an early-access list, or use the contact form, we collect the email address you provide, along with the scanned site’s address and score (so the report we send you makes sense).

How we use it

Your email goes into our customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel) so we can send you your report, product updates, and, if you asked for early access, a launch notification. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with third parties beyond the service providers that run this product (hosting, email delivery). We don’t store the contents of scanned websites.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage for one thing: remembering that you’ve already given your email for your report, so we don’t ask for it twice. No advertising trackers.

Questions or removal requests
